The Hair IS growing
I took a picture of Lucy in her highchair yesterday and realized....I had taken the SAME picture 6 months ago. Same shirt, same background. As you can tell, that short hair of hers IS growing.
Here's Lucy at 8 months, and 14 months.

I am in awe that she's still in the same shirt! She's such a cutie.
When I'm up on my feet again we totally need to get together. And anytime you just want to play, come on over. Reed would love a new playmate and I welcome company! :D
